This is a light, cheerful and easy-drinking coffee great with breakfast to get you going or any time for a pick-me-up; lighter roasted beans tend to retain more of their caffeine! Expect a slightly-sweet, citrusy and full-bodied flavor. We like to brew it a little stronger than normal and find the Chemex pour-over works really well for this single-origin.
